Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BluePay dashboard, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.
3. Account registration and security
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and API credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity performed under your account.
- Notify BluePay promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Use of Services (acceptable use)
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Do not process transactions that are fraudulent, illegal, or infringe third‑party rights.
- Do not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
- Do not misuse webhooks, callbacks, or APIs in a way that disrupts the Services.
5. Payment terms and fees
- Fees, if applicable, are communicated in the dashboard and/or documentation and may be updated from time to time.
- Payment initiation and confirmations depend on external provider networks and may be delayed or unavailable.
6. Third-party services
The Services may rely on third-party providers (for example, payment networks). BluePay is not responsible for third-party outages or changes that are outside BluePay’s control.
7. Intellectual property
The Services and their contents are owned by BluePay and its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services unless permitted by law or by written agreement.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if required by law or if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, security risk, or a material breach of these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BluePay disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BluePay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (for example in-product or via email). Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
